Every architect has a defining project.
Mine wasn’t a skyscraper or a home; it was my own life after the wreckage.
When I faced the 3 Ds – Death, Divorce and Disability – the world told me to wait for time to heal. But time doesn’t build structure; design does. I realized that while I couldn’t change the events that shattered my world, I could choose the “gold” I used to put it back together.
THE PHILOSOPHY
I spent years studying the intersection of psychology, stoic philosophy and ancient ritual. I discovered that the human spirit deserves both care and room to grow. Rebuilding begins by recognizing what support – and what is ready to develop.
GROW ON YOUR OWN TERMS
I founded the Gilded Method to help others to move past the “Survival/Frozen” phase. I don’t offer platitudes or “positive vibes.” I offer blueprints.
THE MISSION
My job isn’t to “fix” you. My job is to stand beside you, survey the terrain, and help you build a life with more structure, meaning, and more room for what matters now.
BEFORE YOU BUILD – YOU BREATHE
Not every day calls for a blueprint. Some days just call for quiet. Soft Blue Clarity is the stillness inside The Gilded Method. Inspired by Wallace J. Nichols’s Blue Mind, it offers space to explore water, quieter surroundings, and gently sensory experience. There is no demand to feel calm or to find an answer.
These three practices are a place to pause before you build.
